For example, you have moved to a different location and would not have enough time to travel and get some important documents from your previous employer. Your chosen Attorney-in-fact should be someone whom you can completely trust as that person is the one who will take care of your financial or legal matters as specified in your Power of Attorney. Your Attorney-in-fact should be guaranteed present or available when required and has sufficient financial management capabilities and time to address your affairs properly. He or she must act with good faith, must act in your best interest, and must keep accurate records of transactions that have been dealt on your behalf and should keep your money and property safely that are separate from their own.
A blank Power of Attorney form is a downloadable form that you can edit and have it notarized to the government, state or city where you are located or where you need it. It is a standard Power of Attorney form that you can select from. Although it would be different for medical purposes, the blank Power of Attorney form is only used for financial and legal matters. There would be a different form to be used for medical purposes. Nowadays people are more into preparing or having their own blank Power of Attorney form than just the usual authorization letter as it is more reliable and more legal.
